Management
Created the Square and Compass Club for Weber State University in my freshman year with the intention to coordinate students to help with Masonic Charities including Shriner’s Children’s Hospital. Participated in the parking committee for Weber State which is a committee comprised of both students and faculties.  I was one of only a handful of individuals who were able to vote on multi-million dollar projects. Sat on the school fund allocation committee to help decide to whom and how much funding will be allocated to various campus programs.  The amount of the yearly budget was well over $100 million dollars. Sat on hiring committees to help decide executive positions for multi-cultural student services.
Communication
Minute taker for Hispanic Area Council.  It was my duty to record everyone who is speaking and what was said, and then email the minutes to the members HAC. Authored various social scientific research papers which have been published in various undergrad research journals and magazines, as well as online.
Leadership

Work as a commodities consultant and facilitator.  I negotiated pricing and procedures on behalf of clients. My duties include: Sourcing commodities such as oil, gold, silver, soybeans, etc. Interacting with clients on a daily basis. Researching and discovering new suppliers and buyers. Negotiating with others and solving problems. Analyzing information and organizing work.

Started with this company as an intern, but quickly started bringing business to the company for investments.  Involved in the creation of private Swiss trust accounts, trading platforms, developing private banks, and investments of commodities for high-net worth individuals.  Worked on asset acquisitions and business mergers.

Universally recognized as a successful entrepreneur and hit-maker.  Worked within the Independent Music Industry for over 15 years and helped several independent labels such as Black Market Records, which boasted as being the world largest independent record label with sales eclipsing more than 13 million records, totaling over $195 million in total revenue producing such acts as Brotha Lynch Hung, Mr. Doctor, X-Raided, Cold World Hustlas, and Keak Tha Sneak, to name a few. 

Oversaw daily operations and served as a liaison between the recording artists and local advertisers in engineering many successful cross promotions. 

Been directly responsible or played a significant role for albums that have generated more than $15 million in revenue, whether it be selling records through retail stores or hand to hand or leading the promotion of projects for artists such as E-40, Master P, MC EIHT, TRU, Celly Cel, Mac Dre, Black C, RBL Posse, and Mac Mall, with no or very limited air play.

Spent a year as President of Radio Marketing for AWOL Records and was very successful in getting radio spins for C-Bo, Lunassic, and other AWOL artists.
