If you frequent news discussions, you very well may have run into one of them already. Their usually nonsensical and uninterpretable posts are made up through numbers and tenacity, and they act as a pervasive, if not stubborn, mouthpiece for the Chinese Communist Party.

How does one deal with such a force?

This is why PLA can and will do nothing for the moment. Add to that the understated mention of how their arms and technologies derive from the US/Europe just as the Soviet Union did, which also partially explains the ease in dealing with Russia now, because its known what they have and how it got there. We made it possible.
