There is much discussion in the modern scientific journals about how to establish an open portal using quantum-entanglement and action-at-a-distance, and much speculation about how to increase and control the diameter of the wormhole using "exotic matter" such as "strange" quarks or possibly anti-matter particles.

Comment by Claire M Pruitt on June 6, 2015 at 10:33pm: So would these quarks or exotic/anti-matter operate as part of a "vehicle" moving through the portal, with the traveling objects or humans enclosed inside? Or only attached to the sides and holding the walls of the portal open for objects to move past?
