This is a time for investigations, cleanups, purifications, renewals and renovations, and the sharing of power.

Applying Moon Opposite Pluto
Strong emotions play a role in events now. Basic instincts are motivating forces. Some may try to dominate others in subtle ways; others will share their power. It’s a time for cleanups.

Mercury void in Libra
Nervous energy is high, schedules fall apart, communications fail, and things break. Changes or unusual conditions in the weather occur. High winds (mental and actual) blow through any thickness that resists movement. Matters connected with transportation will make news now. Disruptions may occur, making scheduling difficult. Weather changes may have a significant impact on certain areas of the world. It’s best now to cease initiating and get down to finishing what’s already been started. Seek closures and completions.

Applying Venus Conjunct Mars
Passions and strong urges need to be expressed now. People are motivated by feelings of attraction or devotion. It’s a time for action in money matters, love, and romance. Leaders will tend to make efforts to cooperate with each other.

Mars void in Virgo
Individual actions stimulate progressive movement or panic. Risks are run that favor the one over the many. Personal survival comes before group cooperation. This is a time for collective ventilation through sports or through some other kind of competition. A good fight is what’s needed. Leaders take actions, make decisions, and implement repairs. Constructive activities become more focused and detailed.

Jupiter void in Virgo
Moral and legal matters assume prominence and are used to justify broad-sweeping actions. Decisions that have required long and careful thought, or have been dragged out, are finally made. Growth trends reach a peak or a set of limits. This may be a time to sell, or buy, depending on where trends have been leading. Confidence is high but it is volatile. Important decisions or spiritual events may make news now.

Applying Saturn Square Neptune
This distressing transit often coincides with a wave of serious problems within organizations, corporations, and government. Leadership is weak or is weakened. Confidence in the future is low and economic conditions may be affected. Recessions, resignations, failures of plans, and confusion about security and safety factors may be themes also. In religious and artistic circles, conditions could be chaotic and even desperate.

Applying Uranus Square Pluto
This may be a time of social upheaval, even revolutions. Geological and technical disasters are also possible. Intense conflicts between different factions of society will weaken the fabric of culture. Strikes, protests, and collective bargaining are manifestations of this impulse. Change will not come without some losses.

Neptune void in Pisces
Trends are unclear. Not everything is known, there is much to suspect. The fabric of reality seems to be ripped asunder. Faith in leadership is low. Social and economic conditions are unstable and subject to devaluations. The future looks uncertain and no one is taking any chances. Beliefs about reality are challenged. Some feel overwhelmed, even flooded, literally and figuratively.

There is movement toward displaying outright power. Tolerance and patience are pushed aside in favor of drastic actions. Old wounds are reopened and confrontations forced. Power plays occur. Secret forces make their presence known. Some seek to act on their urges, others attempt to stop them. Deep secrets are revealed. A collective cleansing is in order.
