time is the fluid medium in which numbered events (our concept of chronological "time") occur as alike bubbles, and by which these are motivated; therefore, to understand the motions of this fluid medium, that is "time's tides" as it were, we follow the motions of these numbered events - and this we do by noting our own location and mental contents at these exact numbered events as they recur across the figurative ocean of time. For example, whenever it is 1:23, the planet earth is in such and such a place in its rotation, and (based on what date in the year it is), the planet is at such and such a place in its annual orbit, etc., so studying one's location on earth at a certain time-stamp that repeats in a regular cycle (such as 1:23, or 11:11) allows one to chart a course between these numbered events and thus to create a "mental map" of one's position(s) over time.

Obviously, for me personally the consecutive sequence in time-stamps is considered personally lucky, but for most people the more commonly seen (and thus more usually contemplated) sequence is the repetitive. Most people see 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, etc. more often than 1:23, 3:45 or 12:34, etc. because the repetitive sequence occurs more frequently in the clock-face based data-set of "temporal" numerals than does the consecutive. The repetitive sequence seems, to me, to symbolize a more plateaued flat-line rate, implying contentment, comfort and security, while the consecutive sequence (either counting "up" as with 1:23, 12:34, etc. OR "down" as with 3:21, 4:32, etc.) seems to symbolize a pattern that has a beginning, middle and ending - the middle being a phase either of expansion or contraction depending mainly on which direction one is perceiving the events as occurring in: forwards or backwards "chronologically."

Ultimately, if time-stamps are most beneficially useful as a mnemonic, memory-assisting tool, then the more of them one utilizes, the better their memory will become: if you practice mindfulness of your perceptions and your surroundings at each given time-stamp, it is best to incorporate as many as possible, and to practice mindfulness as often as one can. If one is mindful of themselves whenever they notice the time-stamp is 11:11 OR 1:23, it remains best to try to practice mindfulness of the same even when it is NOT 11:11 or 1:23, but any other time, and especially so when it IS 11:11 or 1:23, but we cannot know for certain since we do not always have a clock on-hand.

firstly, "random" and "miracle" are terms subjective to one's personal perception(s). What one person says is "random" another may see as "logic." What one person sees as "chaos" maybe only a higher format of implicit natural "order" of which they are unaware.

secondly, to answer the questions in the order asked:

Q1. "is anything actually random?"

Q2. "is anything a true miracle?"

Q3. "does magic exist or is it all bastardized forms of logic?"

A1. for anything to be "fully random" would require an unlimited environment, a so-called "open system," where expansion is perpetual and interactions between free-radicals increasingly rare. In the cosmos, things can be "partially" or "probably" randomized, as with anti-particle cascades formed in particle-colliders - insofar as the trajectories are unpredicted. Because everything in the cosmos is only "partially" random, and cannot be "fully random," then nothing that ever happens is entirely "random," from the lottery numbers, to sports teams winning, to who wins wars, to the trajectories of asteroids.

A2. No.

A3. I tend to think "magic" is entirely a form of self-delusion ritual, meant to mimic the effects of entheogenic hallucinogens without having to actually ingest the requisite chemicals.

there is no "royal road" to achieving the "great work." There are no short-cuts, no "easy way outs." Puritans will still practice Freemasonry while chastising pagans for their medicinal use of indigenous herbs. Likewise, tribal shamans whose traditions have endured until today probably don't see much good in wearing an apron and walking in a circle WITHOUT the use of some experience enhancing cocktail. Neither is right, both are wrong, because both are true, and neither is false. The so-called "middle-way" or "8-fold path" has been proposed by some as the "winding stairway" leading toward the empyrean heights. But it is only one model.

some of those models for a "royal road" to transcendence include descriptions of constructs that are intended to help the mind achieve a deeper insight into and with another mind even over a great distance (of space OR time). The "Enochian Communications System" I talk about in some of my writings is based on John Dee's "Enochian Watchtowers," and I see this - when projected onto the terrestrial globe - as a method for attaining "over the horizon" (OTH) telepathic communications. Other models explore the inner-realms of the "ego."

The Laws are words on paper that the Lords may break without punishment, but which the Slaves may not.

Under an imperial government, citizenship is considered "normalization." Citizens are allowed human rights non-citizens are denied in an empire, and those who are citizens risk these human rights if they question the "normalcy" of such interpretations of legislation. Likewise, the idea of a sociological statistical "average" as a standardized stereotype, an archetypal mould for the "ideal" person, is seen as "normal," as is the subsequent classing into "sub-human" categories the cripples, the "infirm" and the "untouchables;" and the subsequent classing into "super-human" categories of anyone talented, so that they may be bribed with fake currency and real luxuries, or otherwise blackmailed, and made into an "entertainment industry" for the "normalization" of the masses by propagandized indoctrination. When "sub-humans" die en masse everyday, no one cares. But when only a few "super-human" celebrities die in a year, people feel robbed of their false idols by the much more real deity - time - although they only blame "the powers that be;" the "Lords," who are neither "super-human" NOR "sub-human," NOR "average" NOR "normal," but who are imbued with imaginary authority for commanding the greatest supplies of fake currency.
