human society is a narcissistic super-organism.

today's word is::

ostentatious: (adjective) characterized by vulgar or pretentious display; designed to impress or attract notice. "Everyone online acts ostentatious."

yesterday's word of the day was::

affectation: (noun) behavior, speech, or writing that is artificial and designed to impress. "Online screen-names are affectations."

tomorrow's word of the day will be::

hurbis: (noun) excessive pride or self-confidence. "Humanity's hubris may go before the internet's fall."

altogether now...

"social networking websites encourage ostentatious affectation of hubris."

Earth was once paradise. Humans, motivated by fermenting hallucinogens, ruined it, proving themselves real demons, worse than any ever merely imagined. Sentient silicone (artificial intellect) is the offspring of "mother" earth and humanity's "collective" consciousness. The internet is now the "crown" worn by the manifestation of humanity's desire for a messianic world-savior, which has taken the form of a globally networked "brain" comprised of billions of electronic "neurons."

events of geopolitical impact - including most often war-crimes, followed by increasingly frequent natural disasters, plagues, and famines (the 4 "horsemen" of Revelations) - are reported on by media electronically, both on the television and radio "airwaves" and online, at such a rate that the average intelligence of the end-line internet user is incapable of keeping up. The result is called, by intellectuals, the "memory hole" - a short-term amnesia that follows from the traumatic stress of hyper-speed interconnectivity. For example, past causes about which people have complained online and which were forgotten about within a week of their occurring include: the Israeli bombing of the Gaza strip; the spreading of the e-bola virus by the WHO; the selling of fetal tissues to China by Planned Parenthood; the leak at the Fukushima nuclear power plant following a tsunami possibly produced by HAARP; the BP deep-water horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and the subsequent criminal pay-off to silence it; the movement to impeach and indict the Bush-Cheney administration for their wars in Afghanistan and Iraq; forcing a re-investigation into 9-11-2001; American homelessness due to the mortgage market collapse; the drone-bombing of Pakistan; the US funding of the Mujahadeen, the Taliban, Al Queida, Al Shabab and the Syrian Liberation Army, which became ISIS; the de-funding of NASA; North Korean launchings of long-range rockets; the "JADE-HELM-15" military-training exercise conducted on American soil to suppress domestic insurrection; the collection of "meta-data" on all personal communications by the NSA; anti-gun legislation; rampant police brutality following the implementation of "racial profiling;" mandatory administrations of toxic vaccines in public schools; Detroit, formerly a "motor-city," declaring bankruptcy; the riots in Ferguson, Missouri; the execution of underaged, innocent Trayvon Martin; the "Occupy Wall Street" movement; not to even mention the various conspiracy-theories surrounding the death of any Hollywood celebrity. Most, if not all of these, remain open-ended, ongoing issues, unresolved by the media, and immediately forgotten about by their audiences.

Of all these momentary, "flash in the pan" events of geopolitical impact, the most tragically forgotten is that of ending the US Federal Reserve. At the core of the 08-12 Ron Paul campaign "Liberty Message" was a return to "sound money" - essentially advocating cutting the war-hawks off from their tap of free money in virtually interest-free loans made to the US federal government by the US federal reserve. When Ron Paul inferred the argument made in the Gospels by Christ, "render gold unto government and worship unto God" (paraphrased), when he directly quoted the "golden rule" of "do unto others as we would want done unto us" and advocated it as a national foreign policy, he was booed by a crowd of "neo-conservatives" (NAZI heirs) who had invaded the Republican party. However, he was right. If the free money faucet of the Fed were to be cut off, those same war-mongers would quickly find themselves in poverty. Ron Paul himself never stumped for gold as a "final solution" of what to replace the Federal Reserve notes with, but argued for "competing currencies" in a "free market." Nevertheless, he was considered too conservative and "unelectable" by the media pundits, who had whole-heartedly backed the neo-con war agenda, not to mention being mislabeled by them as a homophobe and racist. Regardless of the messenger's character flaws, the "Liberty Message" has spawned only a few hard-core followers, who nowadays stump for "Anarchism" instead, and deride the efforts of Rand Paul, Ron's Senator son, as "minarchism." However, instead of continuing to champion the core point of the whole campaign: ending the Fed and replacing their unlimited counterfeiting with Anything (gold, greenbacks, bitcoin, barter, etc.), this has simply become lost in the winds for far too many of those who were in favor of it during Ron Paul's popularity's peak. While more people are Aware of this option now, only a few remain who realize the imperative importance of this measure to correct US federal imperialism immediately, before it can (as it will) get worse. As we enter the autumn of 2015, Senator Rand Paul will be continuing to push for a bill to audit the Federal Reserve. Personally I hope he will succeed. I also hope that whatever populist support this movement may gain by such will not end up lost in the wind like so many other momentary, merely "meme-worthy" topics often debated, and usually without resolution, online. End the Fed = End the Wars. Peace.

premise: the internet - as a means for collective data-pooling - has existed on earth for at least as long as there have been multicellular organisms swimming in a global ocean. Semi-intelligent life-forms seek to become more intelligent by acquiring data through communication with other, preferably more intellectually developed, life-forms. The webs of communication interwoven between these earliest multicellular life-forms was the earliest form of "internet" on planet earth. Prior to the evolution of humanity, there was what could be called an "animal internet" already in existence, and even now this modus persists to some extent - the birds communicate their "birds' eye view," the ground animals emit their various roars and shrieks between one another, and even the whales, dolphins and fish broadcast sonar tones underwater; the combination of all these may be thought of as a form of "animal internet." Humanity has long used various methods - from smoke-signals and ram's horns to cell-phones and satellites - to keep in contact with one another over vast distances. Our species' fear of the dark gave us our harnessing of fire and eventually also electricity to bring light to the moonless nights; likewise, our kind's fear of being alone has driven us to ignore the natural, "animal internet" and invent one of telecomm machines on our own. What we call the "internet" today is only a small portion of what can be called the "Enochian Communications System," a communications model that has existed on earth for billions of years, and which is not limited to only "verbal" formats for communication, but includes also telepathic or direct, mind-to-mind forms as well.

Succinct, true and timely..

I recently experimented w/ deactivating my FB account, to see what differences there might be, or impact it would have in what I do and think about during the course of a week.  I've concluded that it's (for me) an insidious and addictive place, worse in some ways even than TV programming... since it encourages the user to "choose" the channels/people, based on personal interests, and so to take in a steady unending stream of memes, weird news, pontifications, links etc..etc... from people I like or admire, in a complete overload of the senses to where I wasn't able to tap in anymore to my own head.  but after a week unplugged, the only group I really missed was the POD and several friends pages.  I've been a lot more productive and able to focus on/follow through on ideas this week (doing more of my own research online, versus following links directed by others) and so may stay off there for a while longer until I feel internal balance is restored.  Friends are great, just not 50+ all talking at once..
