POSTULATE 4.1: the set of 3 X 4.
AXIOM 4.2: without repeats, there are 64 sets of 3 X
4 = 12 where each base-unit is 3 “signs” from a 4-set
LEMMA 4.3: there are thus 64 X 3 = 192 base-units.
LEMMA 4.4: thus these correlate to other #-base’s.
THEOREM 4.5: any #-base set “n” is = to any other
use of the same #n, even when “Combined” or “fit.”
AXIOM 4.6: “3 X 4” is a Combined (“Odd”) exp. rt.
LEMMA 4.7: base-64 + expansion rate 8 = 72.
THEOREM 4.8: 2^4 = 4^3 = 8^2.
THEOREM 4.9: 2 X 36 = 3 X 24 = 4 X 18 = 6 X 12 = 8 X 9.
