You also had over 7 months to begin your new group uninterrupted. It was a gesture on my part to allow that to you, though I did not have to. Understand I was aware of your motion even as you spoke to Jon, and that there was never any way for you, even now, to be fully clandestine.

And with that word, please consider the irony that when I left, you said you would "wreck" me if I revealed any of your secrets, and yet it is you who brought them to the open this year. If you still share that sentiment, try your worst, otherwise, I hope you will recognize your error and act on that awareness. If you'll recall, a number of individuals, Jon included, were privy to your publicly available documents after all. Why, for a period of time, Supriem Rockefeller had an image of the Agnaw Tree on a site of his, through few people probably saw it and for those who I know that did, did not seem to give it notice. What you also did not realize, and I did not either until later, is that you had at least one infiltrator, apparently without your notice. Aside that, your secrets were safe all along, and for what bits of Agnaw material that was left out there you didn't notice yourself for quite some time. Even recently you expressed that the secrecy associated with occidental traditions are outmoded, which makes sense given that you probably know better than anyone the implications for your system if you do not spread it more openly.

At this point, I don't think you fully understand why I left back then, or why I choose to do things this way now. You won't get a full explanation here, but you may recall I was looking for someone and in order to continue I had to make my break with you. Needless to say, I succeeded. You did claim that all that awaited me was pain. I can assure that you were wrong, and that is the main reason why I asked Jon, if you asked about me, to tell you that you were wrong about a lot of things.

I didn't mean for my leaving to cause any hurt or confusion, though once you reacted as you did, I could only have mixed feelings, especially given that I stuck up for you to several others who warned against further association with you, and who had made accurate assessments including perceiving your methods and aim as aligned with the AA, though I am assuming you hadn't yet made contact with them at the time, making the warning all the more interesting.

I continued to have mixed feelings, because the idea that your tradition, if genuine, could be extinct if you do not act is obviously alarming to you, and I saw disrupting your new efforts would have impeded keeping it alive. However, I am also concerned about the idea of new students being in the position I once was, and also would not wish for the experience to be repeated, for you or them, and feel that one should know what they are getting into.

It's been more than 7 years. I have to allow the possibility that you may have changed, and give you the benefit of the doubt for the moment. I am not the person you knew and if I remained with you, I would not have grown in the way that I needed. I'm aware of some of the hardships you have been through since this time and on that you have my condolences. If you have further grievances with me, I am willing to hear you out. Unfortunately, I cannot idly allow any open hostility.

I ask that, if anything, you clarify your current stance, either in this comment section or by PM, as I will consider any other means illegitimate.
